Shipping Policy - Eleven Elevens Collection

We deliver all over Nepal. Below is our estimated delivery timeline:

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days

• Outside Kathmandu (Tier 1 cities): 2–4 business days

• Remote or Tier 2–3 areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery delays may occur during strikes, natural disasters, holidays, or due to logistical issues.

Shipping Charges (Effective from Feb 1)

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: NPR 100

• Outside Kathmandu Valley: NPR 180

Separate Dispatch Hubs (Faster Delivery Update)

To ensure faster delivery than before, we now dispatch Clothes and Bags from separate dispatch hubs.
Because of this, if your order contains both clothes and bags, shipping charges will apply separately (as they are shipped in separate packages).

📌 Orders placed before Feb 1 will be delivered together (single dispatch) as per the previous system.
